R Bar started in 2017 with a vintage horse trailer and a wild idea. A couple of months and a whole lot of blood, sweat and beers later our first bar, The Cowboy came to life.
The Cowboy, is a a 1980's horse trailer that is now a fully functioning mobile bar that sports a dual tap keg tower and a beautiful raw edge bar top. It's wooden exterior makes the mobile bar a charming addition to rustic venues.

The latest edition to the R Bar fleet is The Saloon, a contemporary mobile bar. This modern build is the first of its kind. A cedar-sided mobile bar complete with a cast iron dual keg tower, the Saloon boasts a flip down bar lounge to add even more style to your party. It fits in beautifully with any setting.

Hello! My name is Camille and I was lucky enough to grow up here in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I have over 10 years of experience working in the service industry both here in Steamboat and across the US. I love putting together a personalized menu and experimenting with new flavors! I have had the good fortune to be able to travel extensively and I love to bring my experiences from abroad into the drinks I create. Whether it be a refreshing gin-basil-smash inspired by aperitivo in Italy or a mezcal and passion fruit margarita reminiscent of my travels in Mexico, each drink brings with it a delightful twist!
When I'm not behind the bar, you can find me sampling local craft beers, skiing, mountain biking, enjoying a happy hour in the sun, or spending time with my three favorite furry friends - Rza, Trout, and Dirt!
